Exchanges
- 7-Day Exchange Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request an exchange for a different size or color of the same product.
- Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. The brand tag and plastic seal must be intact.
- Subject to Availability: Exchanges are subject to the availability of the desired size or color.
- Exchange Portal: To request an exchange, please visit our Return & Exchange Portal: https://dopechique.com/apps/return_prime.
- Provide Details: Please provide a detailed reason for the exchange and include an image as proof on the exchange portal.
- Processing Time: Allow 2-5 business days for us to process your exchange request. We reserve the right to approve or disapprove any request.
- Exchange Fee: Once your exchange is approved, you will receive an email with instructions and a payment link for the ₹200 processing fee. Please send a screenshot of the payment confirmation to the same email address.
- Pickup: After receiving the processing fee confirmation, we will arrange a pickup for the original item.
Returns
- 7-Day Return Window: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
- Original Condition: Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached. The brand tag and plastic seal must be intact.
- Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please submit an unboxing video through our Return & Exchange Portal within 24 hours of delivery.
- Return Portal: To request a return, please visit our Return & Exchange Portal: https://dopechique.com/apps/return_prime.
- Provide Details: Please provide a detailed reason for the return and include an image as proof on the return portal.
- Processing Time: Allow 2-5 business days for us to process your return request. We reserve the right to approve or disapprove any request.
- Pickup: Once your return is approved, we will arrange a pickup within 1-3 business days.
- Quality Check: All returned items undergo a quality check. We may refuse returns for items that are used, damaged, or not in their original packaging.
- Return Video: When handing over the return package to the delivery agent, please record a brief "no-cut" video for documentation.
- International Orders: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for international orders.
Refunds
- Store Credit Only: Refunds are issued as store credit in the form of a discount code.
- Processing Fee: A ₹200 processing fee applies to all returns.
- Refund Processing: Please allow 48 hours for your discount code to be issued after your return is approved.
Cancellations
- Prepaid Orders: Order cancellations for prepaid orders are handled according to our return policy, with refunds issued as a discount code.
- Cancellation Window: You can only cancel an order before it has been dispatched.
Additional Notes
- Size Chart: Please refer to our size chart before ordering to ensure the best fit.
- Quality/Quantity Issues: Report any quality or quantity issues within 24 hours of delivery.
